Dr. Andrew Newman, Chiropractor

A native of Waconia, MN, Dr. Andrew was a multi-sport athlete in addition to being active in his school’s music program. Although he received chiropractic care throughout his athletic career, he didn’t initially consider it a career choice.

After exploring other options, Dr. Andrew remembered how much he enjoyed his chiropractic adjustments. He took a leap of faith and applied to Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2016.

In addition, he is a certified extremity practitioner and is certified in FMS functional taping.

Dr. Brad Cooper, Chiropractor

Dr. Brad grew up in Blaine, MN as a multi-sport athlete, competing in football, baseball, basketball, and track. It was through his own chiropractic care while rehabbing sports injuries that he discovered his calling to the profession.

That passion for sports and movement has shaped his entire career path. He completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Minnesota-Duluth (Go Dawgs!) before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2025 from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Today, he works closely with athletes of all ages in the Mendota Heights area, helping them feel their best and reach their athletic goals.

Dr. Brad is genuinely excited to become part of the local community while providing high-quality chiropractic care. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, grilling, and playing yard games with friends and family. He lives locally with his wife, Jenna.

Melissa, Licensed Massage Therapist

Melissa graduated from Sister Rosalind’s Massage and Bodywork in 2005. She is nationally certified and continues to earn CEU’s. Melissa integrates different modalities in each of her massages since every body is different and responds differently as well. Techniques used to help relax, restore and heal may include DNM (dermo-neuro modulation), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, myofascial, sports, etc. Melissa also does pregnancy massages.

Her belief is that in massage, pain is not gain. It’s very important to breathe comfortably to gain the most benefit, so some people may find that deep tissue isn’t for them or suffering through painful moments during massage isn’t necessary. Melissa wants the best outcome and long lasting results for her clients. She enjoys getting to know her clients and being able to make a positive difference in their lives.

Amanda, Massage Therapist

Amanda has been working in the natural health and wellness field for nearly 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuinely integrative approach to every session. She began her massage career in 2007 and most recently graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in April 2026.

Her massage toolbox is extensive, drawing from Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial work, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, trigger point, PNF, sports massage, and more. Rather than working from a fixed routine, Amanda tailors each session to the individual, listening carefully and finding the pathways that lead to real, effective results. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling truly seen and cared for.

Outside the treatment room, Amanda is an avid gardener, herbalist, artist, writer, and mother. She loves being outdoors, whether that’s in the woods, in the mountains, or out on the water, and she has a deep love of animals and lifelong learning. When she’s not doing massage, you’ll likely find her with a book or a sketch pad out in her garden, soaking up the sun.
